Bryanna Pardoe, Executive Director of the Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience (CODE PA), is being honored in Category 2: Delivering Excellence in Digital Services for transforming how Pennsylvanians access and experience government services online.

Under Bry’s leadership, CODE PA launched a series of high-impact, user-focused digital solutions in 2024—from refund request systems and health insurance appeals to election tools and summer food benefit applications. Most notably, Bry led the complete redesign of PA.gov, consolidating 64 websites into one accessible, centralized platform offering nearly 1,200 services. The new PA.gov, shaped by feedback from over 300 Pennsylvanians, prioritizes user-centered design and accessibility, and has already surpassed 250 million page views.
