Kelly led the creation and expansion of Adobe’s digital platforms across all 50 states, major federal departments, and the Canadian government - making services more accessible, intuitive, and efficient. She was pivotal in modernizing platforms like PA.gov and Australia’s myGov, enhancing access for millions of users. Her work with the IRS is set to eliminate over 200 million pieces of paper annually, speed up returns, and save up to $40 million in storage costs.

Kelly’s strategic leadership also resulted in a $795 million enterprise license with the Department of Defense, saving $200M+ and 76,000 labor hours per year.
